Edinburgh City is delighted to announce Adam Cairnie as Head of Youth Development and Sean Coyle as Head of Goalkeeping,

with both having signed new two-year deals with the club.

Adam will be responsible for strategising the club’s academy pathway, building on the introduction of our new Club Academy Scotland teams at under 16 and 18 levels, along with expanding teams at various stages. His role will also involve establishing a structure and philosophy to support the development of young talent at Edinburgh City FC’s academy.

Similarly, Sean, alongside his responsibilities with the club’s senior squad as goalkeeping coach, with work with the keepers throughout throughout the club’s academy to assist in the young players’ development in pursuing a career in the professional game. Sean joined the club last season as an under 20s coach, before moving to the first team to assist with the goalkeeping requirements.
